We needed to call Roto-Rooter because we were having water come up the drain in our laundry room. My husband called Friday morning and they were able to send someone out by 5:00 pm that evening. The plumber came out from Naperville and had the problem fixed within the hour. Mark was courteous and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were very pleased with the service that was provided!
