I've tried meditating on my own, but it never seemed to do any good. Life has been extra stressful lately, so a friend and I tried a guided meditation session with Marian and it was a really good experience. She does a great job explaining things and was very encouraging. Now I meditate at home 2 to 3 times a week and I like it. My friend had a Qi Acupressure session with Marian and she thought it was great, becasue she had tried Acupuncture, but didn't like the needles. Marian is GREAT!!! So glad I found her.
