I bought a vehicle 12 days ago and I still have not received it. The dealership did not submit title paperwork until 6 days after the purchase date. When I call all I get are excuses. I could have driven to the DMV, filed all necessary paperwork and paid all fees and been back to the dealer within 1 day. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable! If I had known it would take this long I would not have purchased the vehicle. Stop making excuses and take action Baystate Ford!
