This shop SUCKS!!!! There work is okay but there customer service is awful. AND what kind of business, which should be sterile, has a German Shepard prancing around. He came right up to me and licked me as I waited to be tattooed!! After a confrontation with the two owners and them literally yelling at me in front of other customers, I walked out. I would NEVER return and you better believe that I will let everyone I know about this incident. The red flags, I should have been aware of.... dog in there, dirty place, and a six week 'check up' on your tattoo!! Donna and Denis should not be business owners, maybe of a junk yard. Go to Basement Ink!! See Koz for piercing, he does a fantastic job!!!!
