Went in for a simple key copy. Clerk passed me off to second clerk. Coppied key did not work. Brought the key back, no appology. Clerks not concerned with the inconvenience they caused. Have not had a chance to try the second key. Hope it works. Been a customer for 5 years but will not be using them again for anything.
