Extremely well versed and educated, great prices I think. Much cheaper than the dealership and they stand behind their work, I don't know what the other complaining review is about at all. I've been taking all my cars there plus my muscle car (that I certainly don't trust to just anyone) to work on, these folks really take pride in their work. I've been using their services for several years now and have been very pleased.
