My facial was great but I think they should have told me that they don't have a full service spa when i booked. I usually visit Paris Parker on Jefferson so I was expecting the same ambience. This location,however, did not provide that, which was disappointing because I was being serviced in preparation for my wedding on Friday and really needed the relaxation of a full spa. Had I known that this did not offer that, I would not have booked at this location.
