I didn't have an appointment but I called Northborough Dental because I was experiencing pain and swelling. It was a Friday when my dentist, Dr. Howells, was not in the office. Nonetheless, I was given an afternoon appointment with Dr. Crowley. I was greeted warmly by the desk when I arrived. My meeting with Dr. Crowley occurred within a very reasonable amoutn of time. She quickly diagnosed the problem, connected it to my dental history, suggested surgery and gave me a perscription. I had no "business" on my way out because they have my insurance information on file. Everything about the episode was precisely what I might have wanted. THANK YOU!
