Oh how i so miss Penny. Penny was a breath of fresh air and I know everyone can't be like Penny. Unfortunately when I called to make an appointment a lady named Kim answered the phone. I've spoken to Kim about 3 time now on the phone and one time in person. Kim is very aggressive and kind of pushy. Her customer service could be toned down like everyone else's tone in the office. I've been coming to this department for about 15 years along with my family and I've never experienced any harsh treatment
