Melissa is my stylist and I have to say that I am incredibly happy with my hair and her service, and everyone at the front desk is also always very friendly and helpful! My only suggestions would be regarding the ambiance. The walls seem so stark, the space could use a little bit more of a cozy feeling with either color or art. And, most importantly, your hair washing stations are very uncomfortable...it would be nice if the seat were adjustable to the sink height. Getting your hair washed is one of the most enjoyable things about getting your hair done, but not if you are short and straining to get your neck over the edge of the sink. Thank you!
