I came into the NB Spa to purchase some products and the Komen gift bags. Two girls were at the reception area, and were less than friendly or helpful. Needless to say, I still purchased about $200 in products, but was less than satisfied with the service. For an upscale spa, I'd expect to be treated with much better service. Not only do I purchase products there regularly, but I also get spa treatments on occassion. Very disappointing.
