Really, for me a perfect experience. Bad about making appts., I called in the car...they offered me an appt. in the Decatur store in an hour. Georgia cut my hair exactly as I asked -- and it looked real good. Location is great cuz you can go early and bum around the shops. It's worth making an appt. for Georgia. (Plus she handled my liberal ramblings with grace...).
