The owner is very approachable and really LISTENED to me and matched the proper products and services to my needs. Can't get that type of service in any dept store! The staff is also just as accommodating. It is obvious this is the place to be and I am so glad I no longer have to leave Chapin. Thanks Marie and Aquarius!
