I am a frequent customer and get pedicures every 2-3 weeks. I always get wonderful service but the pedicure chairs are terrible. There is no lumbar support and if I request a pillow, I have to sit upright the whole time. I always throw the head pillow over the back because it is so uncomfortable. You guys need to spend some money and get new chairs. It's time!
