Well showed up on time for appt with carla for back wax and eyebrow wax. Walked in and Nadia was waiting for me. NP. Did a decent job on back and eyebrows. In middle of session receptionist (i think) came in and asked if nadia could trim chest hair (had a request for that... didn't need wax, just wanted hairs trimmed down a bit). Nadia said no problem and she did my chest. Told her I just wanted it trimmed a bit (gets heavy ... especially in chest area). Unfortunately I think there was a communication breakdown as she pretty much trimmed the hair almost to the skin. Also booked a manicure, but that didn't seem to be on the schedule and I didn't have time to hang.
