Had a pool, deck and BBQ built by Presidential in 2010. The pool end of the transaction went great. However their Presidential Outdoor Environment division is HORRIBLE. Contract out on your own elsewhere. Continuously having problems with the travertine deck they installed around the BBQ they built. The tiles are sinking! I have had them out twice. Also, be careful when they clean up. We found all the construction debris hidden under mounds of dirt we had dumped for landscaping. Lastly, they don't compact the soil well. It too is sinking near the pool equipment. Lots of other pool builders out there. Use one of them!
