First, they would not give me a quote over the phone as advertised. I agreed to have a technician come look at my area rug. He was an hour and a half late. The call center kept telling me the whole time that he was almost there. When he finally arrived he kept answering his phone and yelling at someone on the phone in my house disturbing my house and making me wait even more. I reluctantly agreed to have the company clean my rug. It was supposed to be delivered last week but they had to postpone till yesterday and then yesterday they had to postpone till today between 8 and 11. Today at 11 the technician called to say he would be an hour and a half late. Furthermore, when I called the company they were no help whatsoever and often told me they would call me back and did not.
