Right before leaving for work, the toilet in the downstairs bathroom would not flush. With no time to investigate possible causes and solutions, I left the problem-solviing up to my husband who called Roto-Rooter later that day. When I returned home, the Roto-Rooter truck was in the driveway and ""Curtis"" had already diagnosed the problem and was busy at work to remedy the situation.
While the ""roto-rooter"" was doing its work, Curtis was very helpful in answering questions, explaining how a septic system works, and recommending toilet paper that is ""septic tank friendly."" I really appreciated learning how we can hopefully avoid this situation in the future. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter!
