I recently moved to Durham for school and live in an apartment. I ordered multiple items from RTG. The customer service was absolutely terrible. They pulled my order for some reason and did not tell me which delayed my shipping a week and a day. When that day finally came and I was told that the furniture would be delivered in the 1-5 pm window, I came home after class and did work for those 4 hours. Once 5 o'clock passed i called the toll free number to get a status on my delivery. This lady was rude and told me basically that the truck was in Durham (thanks a lot). When 5:30 rolled around I called again hoping to get someone more helpful. Not a chance. This lady told me nonchalantly that the computers to track the truck were down and the driver wasn't answering his phone. After having to miss a meeting and a class my furniture finally arrived that night. There are multiple other furniture stores in the Durham area that I wish I tried and hope you do instead bc RTG is incompetent and their customer service is embarrassing.
