I had my wedding set re-sized here and when they first brought it out to me the bands did not fit together at all. They brought it back and fixed it but the bands didn't seem to fit together as neatly as they did before. One side was also a little off. The same side a few months later lost a diamond. I have a policy on the ring so it's covered but what I wanted to hear from them was they would make the bands fit together well. I talked to them on the phone and in person and they had nothing to say but that there was no way that the diamond had anything to do with the fitting. They did not address my concerns with the bands so I'm taking it to a different jewler for adjustment to the bands and the replacement diamond.
