This man is ALL about just getting you in there. Not overly helpful, just wants the appointment slots filled. And be prepared to wait as he will NOT see you at the time you scheduled. You'll wait up to an hour and a half just to be seen for all of two minutes. Inaccurate and incomplete records kept, unhelpful and misleading advice given, and they make it clear they want you to come back over and over. It's a legal scam and Dr Crane is piloting it.
