I was shocked to hear a young lady emerging from the treatment room and to hear the nurse say to her "now you know what gonorrhea is let's hope you don't have it, you're tests will be back next week" ... the poor girl had to rush through the waiting room as we all had heard and knew what she was there for ... I then over heard the nurse say to someone on the phone in a very off hand manner that her child's blood tests showed retardation. There was no kindness or checking that the woman was not on her own ... I was then given information about my condition which on checking was wrong ... BE VERY CAUTIOUS - get your free test for sure but get a 2nd opinion on everything she says ... And she nearly made me cry the first visit she was so off hand and I was so vulnerable ...
