I had been taken my animals here for about 4 years and always received great service for myself and my animals. I took a cat in once that I had gotten from my mom's house who seemed to be very ill. The staff was so wonderful and supportive when they told me that my cat had cancer. I even received a call from the vet herself explaining my options but basically she told me that my 6 year old "Pepper' had about 6 months to live and suggested that I put the cat down. I was very sadden by this and was determined to help my precious cat. Again the staff was wonderful and sweet as I was sooo upset. I took my cat and his xrays to another vet for further possible treatments and when I showed the new vet the x-rays he was scratching his head. he looked at me very puzzled and stated, 'I don't see any cancer at all." It seems that my baby Pepper did not have cancer. he had an ear infection. Had I taken the vets advice, I would have put him down. That was 7 years ago and he is doing grea
