My hot water heater went out Saturday evening; by Sunday morning water was running through the garage, under the garage door and down the street. My service provider was at my house in short order and had the new tank up and running in no time. He was very pleasant, explained all of the necessary requirements to meet code, and I couldn't be more pleased with the total experience.
