I need to sit and study for long periods of time. I could sit but it didn?t help my concentration when all I could think about was how much my shoulders hurt. I ran trails for exercise in the morning but I would have to stop before I was even tired because my muscles in my legs hurt so bad. Little did I know I was about to find a solution to both of these troubles. Little by little, I can run farther and longer without my legs tightening up as they did. I can?t say much about the amount I?m learning now, but can definitely sit for longer periods of time and study without pain setting in as fast or as severe, and I recover faster too. I am only part-way through my treatment, and I look forward to continued improvement.
