We recently purchased a new system from Climatesmith for our upstairs in this past year. After consulting with about 3 different companies we went with Climatesmith. The true measure of their value was quite apparent when we had some difficulty with our older downstairs unit and made a service call on Friday evening at 9 PM. These guys truly back their products and most importantly their service. I highly recommend these guys because when you need them and your house is not cooling or heating, they deliver!!!!!
