Last week I was introduced to Gabi and she worked magic. I have really tight hip flexers and find it hard to run long distances which isn't great when you are training for a 1/2 marathon. After just one session (complimentary I might add) I felt much better. My hips were less tight and I was able to comfortably run 3 miles on Saturday. I highly recommend Gabi if you have tight muscles and/or are needing a little boost in your workout. \r
