Office seems very busy and often feel like doctor doesn't want to take time to answer questions. I don't like the idea of the progress reviews. It just reinforces the idea that the doc doesn't want to talk to you during regular appointments. You have to spend extra time coming in at other times if you want to talk to the doctor. I don't think other ortpho offices are like this from friends I've talked to.
