Dr. Mandel in NYC did a great job explaining the procedure the whole way through. I have never had any problems and was even able to conduct military training on the usually dreaded 3rd and 4th day after my operation with no discomfort at all. I am currently seeing better than 20/20in both eyes and it has only been one month. Great experience! I researched the procedure and different doctors across the country and decided on Dr. Mandel because of his great results despite being a 5 hour drive from my home and after having the surgery I would easily have driven many times as far to find such a great facility with so many people that really care about your vision.
