I was in need of a new battery for my watch and thought I would give Jewelry and Fix a try. The store is beautiful and clean. The owner greets each customer with a friendly hello and a smile. He repaired my watch and out I went. I returned a week or so later to make a larger purchase. The same greeting, but he now calls me by my first name; established during my first visit. He took the time to listen me, gave me a number of options and delivered the item as promised. My family and I now have a new jeweler.\r
You must give Jewelry and Fix a try. Professionalism like this is so rare these days.
