This is a WONDERFUL store!!!!!! Every member on the staff is always very friendly and helpful,and the buyers are great!!! You do not need a appointment to sell your items,and they work with you.EVERY person I have worked with there,which is everyone of them, has been BEYOND EXCELLENT! I am not sure what these other women are talking about,however I can testify you should NOT take their word for it,or mine for that matter,you need to go in yourself! EVERY item has a HUGE price slash versus dept. store prices,and I know as I shop the mall a TON! No one has EVER been rude to me at all,they are all a wonderful group of people that try VERY hard to make you happy.I have the utmost respect for them.They are a shop that has to compete with so many other huge companies and they are doing wonderful.I HIGHLY recommend them.I have found so many wonderful items and the prices are AMAZING! They have a great staff ,experts in each field from helping you find great clothing to other staff members that are very knowledgeable with high end jewelry and purses.Also every item is authentic!!!
