I cant even give them a star. Where are the negative stars at!!!! My husband and I went into furnish 123 and felt we got a ""good deal"" It took them a long time after the orig. delivery date to even get it. Then the tv cabinet came broken. WE had to go to the warehouse to get a new one that was after them asking us what we did to it. Then the wood on the sofa and loveseat are scratched and the table top. We have been fighting for 4 mo. We have made several calls, went into the store at least 3 times. I finally went in there and threatened to call the BBB and to stand in front of their store and tell people not to buy furniture. The next day we got a call from someone who said they will send a tech out. Oh buy the way we were told that they were having problems with their tech person quitting. the man who came to our house said he has been working there a year. Finally A ""tech"" came out and told us that man these are manf. defects. Plus our recliner is fading. The ""tech"" said oh man this is ridiculous these are all manf. defects. The arm of the couch the band inside it is broken. I cant fix these problems. They should replace this stuff. That was almost 2 weeks ago. The customer rep called and said that the ""tech"" told him I REFUSED SERVICE!!! What!!!???? Needless to say I was more than ticked. Did I mention that the service rep told me that they have had problems with the ""tech"" before? Hummmm So this is my problem how. We even bought the ""insurance"". I told her that and she said that is another company that takes care of that. I told her doesnt matter.... IT CAME THAT WAY!!!! Im suppose to get a call tomorrow. We will see. btw... in order to publish this I had to do a rating. I think im being nice giving them 1 star :(
