I am from Toronto, where there are so many Pho restaurants to choose from that anything less than excellent will perish quickly. Vietnamese Express Cafe can hold its own! We went for lunch and found the Cha go spring rolls hot and crispy, the sweetened vinegar dip was just right, and the pho was generous and flavourful without being too salty. The only strange part was getting jalapeno peppers instead of the usual small but fiery green ones? Maybe they aren't easily obtainable here? Anyway we will be back because good competent pho is hard to find.
