They have a very easy on-line appointment booking system. Within 2 minutes of being on the site i had an appointment made, and 10 minutes later my appointment was confirmed. BTW i set my appt. at 1:30 and Robert was at my house my 2:30. Such great service, i would recommend them to anyone.
