I went there to do alignment, because it was slightly cheaper then anywhere around. I will never be back there again for several reasons:
1) The owner is rude and not helpful.
2) I was not given the receipt for the job WTH???
3) The mechanic who was doing my alignment did not look trustworthy at all. Bad impression.
4) The alignment did not make any difference. I know that might have been just my car having problems in suspension, but if it's impossible to do alignment on my car, I need to know that and I need to know what I need to fix first.
Overall, total dissatisfaction with quality AND customer service. Never again!
