I have no idea what these other people are talking about. I went in to the Home Decor location on Commerce lane on 8-20 and was extremely impressed. I was greeted by an associate right when I walked in the door and was pleasantly surprised by the service I was given. Most retail establishments that I shop at want nothing more than a sale and money in their pocket. This was the exact opposite of how I felt at Home Decor Liquidators. I do not know if these salespeople are paid on commission or not but I certaintly did not feel pressured into a purchase. The salesperson (Mike) listened to all of my wants and needs and asked multiple questions to make sure that I would be satisfied with the beautiful living room set that I purchased. Now that I have the set at home and am very happy with the product and service that I received I went online to see what others had said about this company. What I read blew my mind. I do not know if this was done by a competitor or if someone really received this service from this company. If it was true than I am certain that this was with other associates than the ones that I dealt with. If I would have read these before I went to the store than I would have been hesitant to shop there. I am very pleased that I went to the store before looking online. To all consumers in the ST. Louis area that need furniture go to Home Decor, you will not be let down. I am obviously very satisfied with this company and this is not something that happens often. Very pleased
