We have been a customer of Laudisio Restaurant for over twenty years and we have never had such bad service as we did on Sunday on the north patio. Twenty minutes for a drink----- 45 minutes to order food and the restaurant was not that busy.
When I left I asked to speak to a manager, but I was told that the manager was not available.
There are to many restaurants in Boulder that provide good service. Management appears to be the problem.
We have been tolerant in the past but today was the end for me.
