They called me to advertise in their magazine and charged it to my credit card for 1 year. Then they charged the same amount a few months later claiming it was a mistake when I called them. The following year they charged my credit card again telling me the contract I signed was automatically renewable every year. When I signed up I told them I wanted it for 1 YEAR ONLY!! I had absolutely no response for the entire year from their ad and would never have renewed it but they claimed I had to send them a cancellation in writing 30 days before the renewal.
