Fidelity arrived within 10 minutes of me calling to make an appointment. Rather than replace the hardware on two of my doors as another locksmith had insisted must be done, Tom with Fidelity Locksmith repaired it for a fraction of the cost in about half an hour. He also threw in a couple free keys and all with a smile. Highly recommended!!
