I have spent some time training all over the country and even though I've had some amazing experiences, coming home to Strong Heart always makes me the happiest. All of the instructors are top notch and really take the time to make sure all students understand what's being taught. Egos are left at the door and I can honestly say that despite the perils of submission grappling, I have never once felt unsafe. This is due to the helpful and friendly atmosphere and the other students who train there as well. Whether you're a champion or a guy/gal wanting to get in shape, this is a great place to train.
