I have been taking my 2 dogs to Belleview West for a few years. I always noticed that I had to remind the Dr. about things. He never seemed to remember me or my dogs from time to time. Today took the cake. He had prescribed medication for one of my dogs for an arthritic condition. He said to try it and if it didn't seem to work we would try something else. I called yesterday to see what else we could use because the meds weren't doing the job. I waited for 24 hours...no phone call. I called this morning.. The receptionist appologized and said he had an emergency. It is now 5:30, and no phone call. He clearly doesn't have time for me or my dog that is in pain. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
