I am extremely disappointed in you customer service. We are repeat customers. I left 2 messages with your answering service. One on Monday Aug 15 am and another on Wed Aug 17 am. After no response. I found a business card we had for Brent, I called him on Friday Aug 19, he apologized for the lack of service and scheduled to come out on Sat Aug 20 at 1 pm. Brent was a no show.. This is definitely a company I will never do business with again. We were so pleased with our past experiences, but this is just a very bad case of we are too busy, just don't care
