Mike and Matt did an excellent job! I could tell that they took extra time to make sure my carpet came out clean and looked nice. There were some tough stain areas they worked on with great success. I'm so glad they told me about your spot remover to help maintain the carpet in between cleanings. I can't believe the very next day I spilled some charcoal on my nice, clean carpet! Made me sick to think I could have ruined the carpet but, thank heavens, your spot remover worked pretty good and there's only a slight smudge in one spot which may come out with another treatment. Mike and Matt were courteous and professional - a credit to your company.
