I bought the $9 voucher for a month worth of car washes in June. No where on the Loclly site or on the voucher did it say it automatically signed me up for their membership. My credit card was billed $39.99 two times in two days two months later. They refuse to remove it, but yet cannot show me where I agreed to the membership. \r
