I used to refer people to them all the time ( a long time ago as an area ACO)\r
I found the staff to be great people.Although I do not recall their names, I would like to THANK THEM for preventing a min. of 1,000,000 + of needless deaths with their work, long before anyone else joined in. The people that make PAL work are true heros !\r
