Had a washer that would not drain or spin. After asking me a few questions over the phone, Paul arrived at the appointed time and attempted to fix the washer. After several hours of trying to repair it, he thought the problem may be with the computer and told me it would be very expensive to fix and more cost effective to buy something else. He did not charge me the service fee but said if I was to call another repairperson that I should notify them of what he indicated. I find this type of honest service refreshing! I would definitely use his services again.
