We had a problem with another plumber and called Jim, the receptionist didn't think they could get there that day but a few hours later called to say they could squeeze us in. They came out, did a thorough job for what we called them to do and even gave us an estimate for something we were looking to do in the future for free. Sure it was slightly more costly than the prices advertised for the larger companies, but it's well worth the peace of mind to support a small business and know you got your money's worth.
