Jesper and all of his staff at Ebits in the University District have had both my PC and laptop into their shop on several occasions due to a virus and they have been prompt as well as successful to recover my data. The staff is friendly as well as competent which is greatly appreciated when the stress of a malfunctioning computer is involved. I have had my family and friends take their computers to Ebits as well and everyone has been very happy with the outcome and they are now clients as well.\r
