I am looking to buy a home and have had a couple occasions where I have called an agent from this office and the problem is you call their number and it sends you to a secretary at a desk. who is supposed to answer all the questions on the hundreds of properties they have.
Needless to say she can not answer the questions, nor will she let you talk to the actual agents.
So if you have any questions you have to wait for her to get a hold of the agent and get the information and then she hopefully will not get too busy and will call you back.
This system of doing things is just ridiculousness!
I avoid this office when ever i can!
