Bought a used lap top while on vacation. It started overheating day one. Had to bring it all the way back (3 hrs). Paid cash originally, they issued refund in form of a personal check (unheard of as far as we were concerned, but) we went to cash it at their bank to avoid having to drive back- their bank basically detained,finger printed and questioned my husband for more than 40 min! We had never been treated that way in our lives! If I were you, I would avoid the hassle and stay away.
